Trust the process
no matter what.
Those places that scare you
that you would just assume avoid,
"But I was having such a good day yesterday."
Trust that what you are in the process of
clearing and healing and releasing
will lead you to a richness beyond
measure.
You are entering the sacred heart now
and connecting with your Soul.
Do not fear that which is being exposed.
See it as the ultimate detox spa day,
for it is.
And so it is.
