New Meteor Explodes Over Russia?!

(Before It's News) What is now being called a new meteor has exploded over Russia and caught on cameras as shown in the videos below. If this is indeed was caused by a meteor and not a ‘transformer explosion’ as has been argued by some, what is causing this onset of meteor explosions around the world in recent days, weeks and months? Does this have something to do with Comet ISON or is this just ‘the new normal’?
