Yes, indeed, you may look at these times and not see them as quite so exciting, or at least not as you would want them to be. But take heed, my friends, those times are coming. Those times that you have been dreaming about, wishing for, are indeed coming. And they are not far off at all now. We will not say the word ‘soon,’ but know that it is in your proximity now, whatever that might be to you, that term ‘proximity,’ however you would look at that.

I am KaRa. I come to be with you at this time; but more than this time, this vibration.

This vibration of consciousness increase, which is occurring now throughout the planet. Many of you cannot see this, or are not fully aware of this, for you are still ensconced within the third-dimensional illusion at times. But at other times you have lifted yourselves out of that illusion and have moved into more fully the fourth dimension, and at times, such as you’ve just had now (during our guided meditation), into the fifth dimension! Yes! All of you, in one way or another, experienced this even for just a moment the second you felt or experienced the bliss of the fifth dimension, and what awaits you at the door to that fifth dimension.

I am Saint Germain. I come to be with you at this time, I these moments that continue to evolve and change, and bring on the next moment, and the next moment after that. It is a continuing process that never ends.

This process that you are in, this ascension process right now, never ends. Yes, you will ascend. You will move fully through the ascension process and come to that point where you ascend. But what do you ascend to? You ascend to the next level. But then there is another level after that, and another level, and another level. It is a continuing journey, never ending. Never ending until you reach the Godhead once again, the God Source, and you fully and completely realize that you are that God Source. But for the time now, just see things not as they are, not as they are within the illusion, but as you want them to be, as you are creating them to be.

Know that the cabal, the dark forces, are coming to the end of their rein. They cannot stop what is coming, even though they are going to continue to try. They are going to continue to bring up another part of their plan. But the next part of their plan will be the last one that they come to, maybe their final gasp. It is as if their ship has sailed, and as it is sailing, it will be destroyed because it cannot sustain itself within the higher vibrational frequencies.

You, yourselves, are able to sustain yourself in those higher frequencies because you have been raising your vibration, unlike those of the forces of darkness that continue to hold the vibration low within themselves, and attempt to hold it low for everyone else through fear, and anger, and all of the despair. They attempt to hold everyone to that. But they are losing the grasp of that. And more and more people are pulling away from that grasp. They reach out and try to hold you back, hold you back, but you are pulling away further and further, you, being the collective you. The collective consciousness of man is pulling away from their grasp.

So think about that. Know that. That is what is occurring and will continue to happen as life continues to evolve and revolve around the experiences that everyone is going through now. And yes, indeed, look at this as a movie, or a long-running TV series as was brought up in your discussion. A long-running TV series that is never-ending. Although it shall come to an end at some point. It just seems like at this time it is never-ending.

But it will come to an end, and then a new beginning. A new beginning. In a sense, you create the new TV series. The series that you want to have. The series that has love, and life, and laughter, and joy. And no more fear, no more anger, no more despair. That is the old ways. That is what you had when you were comfortable within that comfort zone of yours. But you are no longer comfortable in that. You have pulled away from that comfort zone and are creating a new comfort zone for yourselves.

Do people want to be comfortable? Yes, of course they do. But people also have to know that they have to grasp for change in their lives and allow for change. And change, my friends, is indeed upon you now. Change that will come to a point whre it will reach that crescendo that has been spoken of os many times. The cusp, reaching the end, however you want to see it. The end of the movie, or the end of this TV series. It is coming. You are in that process right now. And all of you are needed at this point to be the ones that bring the truth forward in whatever way that you can.

I know that we continue to speak about this over and over and over about spreading the truth, but that is what you came here for. That is what you all came to do. To find the truth first within yourself, to remember within yourself who you are, and then, as you can, to spread the truth to anyone and everyone that will be ready to listen. And if they are not ready to listen, move on.

Indeed, your discussion ‘forgive, forget, and move on’ is so important at this point. That is what you must continue to do. Forgive yourself, forgive others for anything they might have done to you, and then forget. Forget the past. Forget it, let it go, however you need to work with that, to come to the point where you are now in the moment, in the every given moment moving forward. And then when you do that, you are letting go. You are moving on. Moving on to the next chapter within your movie, or your TV series, or your book, whatever way you want to look at it.

But it is your creation now, not the creation of those of the forces of darkness that attempt to hold you to their creation. No longer. Your creation now.

I am Saint Germain, and I leave you now in peace, and love, and oneness. And that you would continue to let go of the old programming and embrace the new programming that is moving within you now at this moment.

Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani, padme, hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here. Shoshanna is here. And we are ready to continue with this program we’ve been working with you and bringing you forward into a higher level of consciousness.

And, my goodness, what a higher level of consciousness you are all moving in in just listening to your discussion earlier and where you are all at, at this point! It is miraculous! It is wonderful how far you have moved in just a short period of time. A short period of time, being years, yes, but to us that is certainly a short period of time, maybe not so much for you. But it is a continuing process that you are all in and moving through. And you are doing wonderfully as you continue to have these discussions as you do.

It is so important, these discussions, because it helps. It helps all of you to come to the point, not where each and everyone is, you do not have to be the same as the other, but have a like mind and a like heart, and more and more realize that you are indeed in the given moment, and that you are creating every moment in front of you, and therefore creating your future as you continue to move along here.

We are ready for your questions if you have them. Would there be any questions here?

Guest: I have a question.

OWS: Yes?

Guest: I think it was Archangel Michael, two weeks ago said something to the effect that the dark ones would be forever separated from the light of God, or Source. I thought we were all eventually going to end up together, even if you were on the dark side.

OWS: What we are speaking of here is the merging of the light or being consumed by the light. And those that will not go into the light and be with the light will be consumed by it, by their own darkness. They will let their own darkness consume them and not allow the light to come in, you see? Does this make sense to you?

Guest: So there won’t be anything left of them?

OWS: They will be not destroyed, energy can never be created nor destroyed, but they will be consumed, we will say, and recreated. Yes, you could look at it that way. Yes, that works. They will go back to the beginning, we will say here, and start over and have an opportunity to come forward and do it all over again. There is never any loss, though. No one is ever lost. They are just recapitulated here (not understand if that is right word here). But yes.

Guest: Reconstituted.

OWS: Yes, better word here. Yes. Very good.

SHOSHANNA: (JoAnna’s Higher Self, channeled by JoAnna McConnell)

We will give example here. May we share, Dear Sister?

Guest: Yes, please.

Shoshanna: When you find an apple that is rotten and you throw it away, what happens to the apple?

Guest: It decomposes.

Shoshanna: It decomposes, and potentially the seeds of that apple grow another tree; grow another creature, another being. For you see, when you have a rotten apple, you don’t wish to consume it, but it has parts that will rejuvenate and become another thing, you see. That is what happens. Namaste.

OWS: Yes. Very good. A simple analogy there.

Guest: Okay good. Thank you.

OWS: Would there be other questions here?

Guest: If nobody has one, I have another question. I don’t think it’s personal, I think it does pertain to everybody, even though it was my dream, which was just a quick glimpse of going onto a highway, because I was going to an underpass in a car. I was situated to go, and I was excited, and it seemed pretty obvious. But I’m curious because in the other car there were young women. I was just wondering what the significance of me and some other young women. I’m not young, but they were, heading onto a new path.

OWS: Yes. And we would say here that whenever you have dreams of this nature, those other people, those other beings, those other women as you are saying here, are parts of yourself. And they are parts of yourself that are moving on, that are not holding back, as other parts of yourself might be. These ones are moving ahead. There is much more to your dream than you are not saying, or maybe you did not remember. But you would find that it is all about moving forward, moving on to the next level, the next stage of your evolvement here. And Shoshanna may have more specific.

Shoshanna: We do not.

OWS: Very good.

Guest: Thank you.

OWS: Would there be other questions here?

Guest: Yes, this brings up a good point I was thinking about. At times we’ve been told about this may have this meaning, or a dream may have that meaning. And at other times we’ve been told that our dreams are really legitimate experiences. In other words, we’re going and we’re having a life in that other reality, or whatever. So my question is, to understand this a little more fully, I don’t think every single experience I’m having in my life is, “okay, here is the deep meaning to this,” or something like that. Does every dream have some kind of deep lesson or meaning, or is some of it just like the sheer experience of it?

OWS: If you look at your dream state as a different reality, that you are experiencing at that moment, then it has the meaning ot you, if you come back and remember it, and all of that. And if you do not remember, it still has a process within you that continues to bring meaning for you in your life, even though you may not be conscious of it. But also understand that as you are experiencing whatever it is, again, it is a completely different reality that you are going through, and a way for your to experience things at that reality that you are not able to at this reality. So it is as if you are in two realities at the same time and gaining experience from both of them. You see? And even multi-dimensional, beyond that, but that is another more complicated thing to look at here. Shoshanna, do you have something to add here?

Shoshanna: We will add here. May we offer our perspective, Dear Sister?

Guest: Yes, please.

Shoshanna: Dear Sister, the dream state is mostly misunderstood. It is a reality. It is another plane of existence. It is a series of experiences. And in that state, the experiences that you have are often not clear, misunderstood, not put together, but they impact your life and your waking state. And often the dreams that you have are offering messages to you. And it is up to you to decipher those messages. That is what is difficult.

That is why it has been often recommended by many to keep a journal, to keep a dream journal. Because if you keep a dream journal, which many do not wish to do that, they do not have the discipline to do that (because you must record your dream within seconds of awakening, and this might be a three o’clock in the morning). But, if you keep a dream journal, you will begin to see the message clearly emerge for you. It is just as if you are having a life and all of the experiences that you have in this life strung together have another meaning altogether, and show you something that you may not have seen in the moment of one experienes, or two experiences, but ten experiences strung together will give you a clearer picture, you see.

So we suggest that if you are serious about understanding your dream state, your experiences within the dreams, that you begin to record them and you will be able then to see something emerge that you haven’t seen before. Namaste.

OWS: Very good.

Guest: Okay. Can I ask a followup?

Shoshanna: Yes.

Guest: In the recording, I’m not necessarily looking for the meaning in that moment, I’m just recording it, and then seeing what comes to me over time. Because I know we can want to look at the meaning, and we can want to analyze it and figure it out, and all that. But I think I hear what you are saying is maybe just letting it all kind of be, and then seeing what comes to me naturally. Is that correct?

Shoshanna: Yes, Dear Sister. That is exactly what we mean. It is just as if you are having experiences in your waking state, and you are not sure what those experiences represent until much later when you have another, and another, and another, and you go, “Oh, this is the pattern that I see.” Yes, resist analyzing. Resist that, because that is thye monkey-mind trying to make sense of something, and it may never be able to do that. But if you do record these dreams and you go back and ponder them and meditate upon them, you will see a picture forming. Does this make sense?

Guest: Okay. That makes a lot of sense. Yeah, because I think I was more concerned about analyzing it to death. But that makes a lot of sense. Thank you so much.

Shoshanna: Yes. Namaste.

OWS: Very good. Are there any other further questions here?

Guest: Yes please.

OWS: Yes?

Guest: I am aware that each one of us experiences different physical sensations as part of our expansion. So I am asking for another perspective of what I’ve been experiencing. My scalp, the birth spot where it was open in the skull, in that area it has been itching like crazy. There is nothing physical going on with the scalp. It’s intermittent, and I find that very interesting. It’s not disturbing in any way. I’m going about my day, and then I’m reaching up and scratching my head. I am open to hear a different perspective of what’s going on. And along with that, I am noticing that with the plates in my skull, sometimes one side is protruding, the other is not, and then it sits. So this all seems related in some way. I am asking for a deeper perspective for our understanding. Thank you.

OWS: As we look at this, and we will look at this in terms of not only you who is asking this, but everyone who is on this call, that may be experiencing various issues, or feelings, or tendencies within their body that may be a little bit different than what they were used to. This is an indication of higher vibrational frequency coming into you. Light coming into you. DNA processes occurring within you. It is all, what we would say, a good thing here. Again, speaking to the whole here, not just to this one. What they are called ascension symptoms, DNA downloading, these kinds of things. It is all a continuing process. We are not going to be specific about this particular thing, though perhaps Shoshanna would be. We are going to look at it in a general fashion here. Okay? Shoshanna wishes to share.

Shoshanna: We do not have specifics to share here. We agree with your perspective, One Who Serves. Namaste.

I am Sananda. I come to be with you at this time, these times again, as great change comes over you, comes over your planet, comes over the collective consciousness of man.

And love is streaming forth, streaming down from the heaven. More and more, you are finding love coming into the equation. Love that was not understood or not felt by so many across the planet, but now it is coming in. It is coming in in different ways, and being shown in different ways. Being shown in simple kindness from your brothers and sisters, from your neighbors, from your friends, your family, whatever it is. It is coming now. You can feel it as it moves more fully across the planet.

James & JoAnna McConnell - A.A. Michael, OWS, Shoshanna - You Have my Sword of Truth - Jan 22, 2023

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL (Channeled by James McConnell)

I am Archangel Michael, and I come at this time to bring the truth. But more importantly, to bring the truth to you, so that you can set it free, that you can set mankind free.

And you have my Sword of Truth. You have always had it within you. As I’ve said previously, you came here to this expression here on the Earth many lifetimes ago with my sword. It was gifted to you before you even incarnated here for the first time. All you likely did not know that. It has always been there. Now you can raise it up. You can raise it up and swing it around yourselves and sever any remaining psychic ties that still may be holding you to this third-dimensional expression, the third-dimensional illusion in this world. For it is just that, an illusion. And you are breaking that illusion.

As you swing the sword, know that you are breaking the illusion. You are breaking the ties. It no longer holds you, if you believe it. And whenever you find doubt within you from here on out, raise my sword and swing it around and sever whatever may be holding you to that doubt. For you are the expression of the God Source here on this planet, each and every one of you.

In fact, every single life form on this planet is the expression of the God Source within it, no exceptions. Even those of the forces of darkness which seek to hold the dark within them because they do not know the truth within them. They only know what they have been programmed to believe from countless ions ago when all of this began, where dark separated from the light. The dark is destined to be drawn back into the light, or be forever separated from that light.

More, and more, and more as with transition continues forward now, trust in yourselves. Trust in yourselves to be those ones that came here to be the System-Busters, to be the ones that bring the Great Changeover forward. Know that you are those ones, and the many millions and millions who are also in that awakening stage, or have more fully awakened, such as you have.

Is there more awakening yet to come? Yes, certainly. Not only for those that have not yet awakened, but for those of you that are already awakened, there are much more revealings of the truth to come forward.

You are all are in that expression now of life, life fully around you. Feel life fully around you. Feel the lift. Feel nature. Feel the God Source around you and within you each and every moment that you can be conscious of it. And the more that you are conscious of it within the moment, then the next moment you will find yourself conscious of it again, and again, and again. Until finally you have moved beyond the point where you will no longer feel yourself held back down. You will know that you have come to the end of the movie, the end of the show, the end of the illusion, and the beginning of the new reality that you are all in the process of creating.

For this is your world. This is your creation. And when you are done with this creation and this being your world, you will move onto another world, and another one, and another one. For that is who you are, each and every one of you.

You are my expression here on this planet. I cannot do it. I cannot send my Sword of Truth out to those who are not ready to receive it; only you can do that.

That does not mean to share the truth to those who do not want to hear it, only when they are asking for it. Only when they appear ready for it, then share. Then spread the light. Then utilize the sword, your sword. Not simply my sword, but now your sword. Because you know now it has been yours all along.

For I did indeed gift it to you, knowing that you would come to this time now. Many thousands and thousands of years later you would come to this moment, this moment when you can draw that sword and begin to utilize it, knowing full well that it is your Sword of Truth. Swing it with consciousness. Swing it with awareness. Swing it with knowing that you hold the truth within you, and are here to share it far and wide.

I am Archangel Michael. I leave you now at this time. But know that I am always here with you to re-energize that sword if you feel it has lost some of its power. But know that it has not lost its power, because it cannot.

Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani, padme, hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here. And Shoshanna is here and back with us. Wonderful.

And we just wish to say, was that not wonderful hearing from Archangel Michael?

Perhaps for the first time that you have ever even thought that you have always had his sword within you. For yes, indeed, as he said, he did gift it to you before you came. That was a tool that was given you.

But it was necessary for you not to know it up until this moment, up until this time that you are in now as you are moving through the transition, and coming closer and closer to your ascension, to your full ascension, to The Great Changeover that is upon you now, that is preceding that Solar Flash, The Event. All of this is preceding. All of this move that is playing out.

And yes, indeed, we love that you would come to the understanding that this is the tail end of the movie! It is the ending. It is coming to a point where the villains are overtaken. They are overthrown. For Light is not only winning, it has indeed won. For there was never a question that the Light would not win out in the end.

We are ready for your questions if you have them.

Guest: I have a question.

OWS: Yes?

Guest: Everybody knows that there is Mother Nature, and also this is a planet of dualities, so is there a Father Nature?

OWS: If you are speaking of in terms of here on the planet, there is always the Father/Mother. You can call it nature if you wish, but it is always the Mother/Father God, the God Source here, which both of the polarities there, both of the masculine and feminine, all is together as one.

Just as creation began when there was the unmanifest. There was the not knowing of the Self. God not knowing of itself because there was nothing to compare it to. And then He/She said, “Let there be light, let there be manifestation.” Manifestation of more than just Itself. So that Itself could begin to understand who and what It is. That is what you have all been in the process of bringing to the God Source, the Creator Source, the Prime Creator of all of the universes; not just this universe, but all of the universes. Hope this answers your question. Shoshanna, do you have something to add here?

SHOSHANNA: (JoAnna’s Higher Self, channeled by JoAnna McConnell)

We have nothing here to add.

OWS: Very good. Was this sufficient for you, Dear Thomas?

Guest: More than sufficient. Thank you.

OWS: Yes. Very good. Would there be other questions here?

Guest: Yes, I have a question.

OWS: Yes?

Guest: In the area that I’m in, Austin, Texas, I’ve made it known that I want to energetically clean this area up. I think it’s gone a little dark, well I know it’s gone dark. My question is, can I communicate with the city? Can a city be an entity, and can I communicate directly with the city? I want to build a relationship with the city.

OWS: With the city, with the town, with the village, with the country, with the ocean, with the continent—yes you can. All has consciousness. Because all is part of the God Source. All is life itself. As you speak the city, and you speak of buildings and sky scrapers, and all of this, but all of this was built by man there, which is consciousness. Consciousness being imbued within all of these buildings, and the skyscrapers, and the town parks, and all of these things. All is imbued with light, and love, and oneness from the Great Source within each and every one who brought this into being, you see? So yes, the answer is yes, certainly. Shoshanna?

Shoshanna: Oh, we can share on this. May we share, Dear Brother?

Guest: Of course you can.

Shoshanna: Dear Brother, what do you wish to say to the city?

OWS: Wonderful question. Yes.

Guest: I’d like to talk to her, and I would like to know really where her pockets of darkness are, where she needs help, where she would like me to do some work, or ongoing work within the city, which is going to be ongoing. But I think it’s better if I communicate with her directly and if she can just tell me.

Shoshanna: And then, Dear Brother, how do you wish to hear from her?

Guest: Good question. It could be conscious telepathically, like I am getting responses communicating with the entity that would represent the area, the city itself.

Shoshanna: Dear Brother, we would like to continue here for a moment. May we continue?

Guest: Absolutely.

Shoshanna: Dear Brother, it is a wonderful thing, it is a grant thing that you wish to communicate with the city, as the city does have consciousness, and does have an ability to answer you. What you must do, then, is find a way to communicate so that you can get your answers quickly.

However, we will say that the first thing that you must do with any pursuit in this area is ask permission. You must ask permission, does this city wish for your help? Does this city wish for you to engage? You must find that answer first.

We will say that the idea of communicating telepathically is the only way to communicate, as you are communicating with an energy that has no vocal cords. So in this process, you can do one of two things: you can ask permission.

If you are granted permission, then you can continue to ask what is the need of this city, what is the greater need of this city, and then you must record the answer. And to record the answers, you have one of two options: you can write them down, or you can remember them. In each instance, however, you must listen carefully, and then record the answers so that you know how to pursue this journey that you wish to grow on. Does this make sense, Dear Brother?

Guest: It does. It makes a lot of sense.

Shoshanna: Namaste.

OWS: And we wish to add here in more understanding of this, in a more concrete example for you all. When The James and The JoAnna were in the process of selling their home in their previous city of the Phoenix area, and they were wanting to move to their new area where they are now, there was a process that they were going through to sell their home. And it was taking some time to do so.

But The James one particular day realized that he needed to speak to the home, to the house that they had been in for 20 years and ask for a release from the home. No sooner did he make that request and felt the release from the house itself, the consciousness within the house itself which had been built up by the consciousness of The James and The JoAnna, and their family, and all of those that visited over time.

When the consciousness of the house gave that release, it was only approximately two weeks later when they had their first offer on the house. So know that it is indeed real what you are speaking of here.

Guest: Thank you very much. It’s very helpful.

OWS: Yes. Would there be any other questions here?

Shoshanna: We wish to add one more part of this. May we share one more part to this, Dear Brother?

Guest: Yes. Absolutely.

Shoshanna: One of the important aspects of communicating with any energy is to be grateful. To thank that energy for all that is attempted to do. Guest: I have a question.

OWS: Yes?

Guest: I wasn’t sure, because it’s a dream, but it seems pertinent because of all this talk of the new medicines and healing modalities coming up. It was just a quick dream, because I have been having an issue which you wouldn’t necessarily go to a doctor for, but it’s obviously affecting me physically and mentally. And I have been asking for assistance, and I asked again. Then I had this dream that I was at a counter, it was like a pharmacist, although I was thinking of him as a doctor. The very kind gentleman gave me some pills, he volunteered these, he gave me some pills, no cost or whatever, when I told him the issue or showed him. I felt immediate relief, and I was so pleased that I got some assistance. But my question is, because we are moving into the time with more advanced modalities, why such an old school solution to my issue?

OWS: You have a saying that you have had for a very long time: “when in Rome, do as the Romans do.” So in your present transition, what you have available is what you have available to you. So utilize that process. But do so in knowing that the particular allopathic medicine as it is now is normally not too much of an assistance for you.

For it is consciousness that is what brings the healing: consciousness. And vibration. So know that. As whatever you go in to, whatever you pursue as to a relief from whatever the ailment or the problem is here, know that it is consciousness and vibration that bring the healing to you. Just as within the Med-Beds, as you know them, or the Crystalline Healing Chambers, all of this, is consciousness and vibration. Okay? Shoshanna, maybe you have comment more specific here?

Shoshanna: This is more complex. It is simply that it is complex, we will say. So we would like to share our perspective with you, Dear Sister. May we share?

Guest: Yes, please.

Shoshanna: Dear Sister, the dream that you had of this kind gentleman that offered you a solution became an easy pill to swallow. And the pill itself represents the intention of the individual to heal you. And we will tell you that the kindly gentleman that offered you a pill that would heal you is you. Your dream is parts of you. You are offering yourself a solution. You are saying to yourself in the dream that the intention that I give this medicine, no matter if it is a pill, a potion, a liquid, an energy, a vibration, a laser light, it does not matter. What matter is the manner in which it is given. And in your dream you created the individual that would have the answer for you, and that would gently and lovingly offer it to you in a kind way. That is the most important.

And what you must notice here is that all healing, all of it, is healing of the self. The self offers the healing. It is just the outward appearance that others are offering it that has been part of the illusion here.

We say that was a good dream. It is not about the pill is an old technology, it is about the intention and love in which it was given to you. Namaste.

Guest: Two parts. The first part: for a while now, when I go out walking, or even sometimes walking about my house, I walk in a figure-8 pattern. So my question is, is that something that is related to being ungrounded, or am I being influenced by the influx of energies from the sun and the changes with the planets?

OWS: We would ask you a question: what does the figure-8 also a figure of?

Guest: Infinity.

OWS: Infinity, yes. There lies your answer.

Shoshanna: We have a perspective, as we know this one. We will give it if you wish.

Guest: Certainly.

Shoshanna: Dear Sister, you were trained in this manner many, many, many lifetimes ago when you occupied this land. And the way in which you walk was a reinforcement to the land that it continues on well beyond you. And this walk that you do is a reinforcement that life is never-ending and will always be there for all those that wish to have it, no matter what form it takes. This is the training that you had. Namaste.

OWS: And the walking part in this figure is representing completing the journey along the way.

Guest: Okay. The second part is about time and space. We talked about this before. Several days ago I had this ‘a-ha’ that since time and space does not exist, and man cannot prove that it exists, that myself as well as others like myself can elect to at will step out of time and space, and I’ve done that.

But also, I shared this with a person and it seemed like she didn’t agree. And she brought up that that was not possible because of what society believes. Boy, did that rub me the wrong way a little bit (laughs). Can you provide us with some higher thought on that, please?

OWS: Are you asking is there time and space? Or what is your question here?

Guest: Yeah, I know there is time and space. I step out of it without even an intention doing so.

Shoshanna: We will offer.

OWS: Yes, please share.

Shoshanna: We will offer here. May we share, Dear Sister?

Guest: yes.

Shoshanna: You must not pay attention to those that do not agree with you. That is a waste of time.

Guest: I agree.

Shoshanna: It is a waste of energy on your part. If you experience something beyond what the 3-D illusion offers, and you step aside and step outside of the current time line or time is based as it is defined, that is your experience. You do not need validation. You do not need others to tell you if it is true or false.

Part of the challenge of all beings on this planet is seeking to know if their experience was the right one. It is not right or wrong, it is yours. And it is yours to show you something.

Well we know what this is showing you. This is showing you that the illusion is just that. And that when you step aside from the illusion, step outside of the illusion, you have mastered it. Many have not. But do not request someone to agree with you that has not experienced that. And they do not know. Does this make sense, Dear Sister?

Guest: Yes. And I wasn’t asking for confirmation, I was sharing the experience. But also, essentially in this conversation, this exchange, I can essentially step out of time and go anywhere that we choose, is that correct?

Shoshanna: Yes.

Guest: Whoopee! (Laughs)

OWS: You do it, just simply in your guided meditation that you just had. The Archangel Michael had many of you in that sense of being out of time and space, even just for a moment. Many of you felt that expression, or could feel the sense of being outside of time and space in that moment, you see?

Guest: yes. Thank you.

This one asks if Seraphim would be able to incarnate. We will simply answer that in a very general fashion here: any beings of consciousness, any conscious being is able at any time to incarnate if they wish to do so.

But many do not because it requires a great deal of energy to lower themselves into a lower vibration. And it is somewhat difficult to do, and many do not want to do that. But there is more to it than that: they do not do it, because it is not needed to do it. Such as Archangel Michael, or Seraphim, or whoever it might be, normally will not ever do that because, again, it is not needed, and they do not need to lower their vibration.

Know that when you came into this expression here in this lifetime, you as your Higher Self lowered your vibration to bring about a new consciousness, a new personality here that could express the God Source in a more fuller fashion, you see? Shoshanna, do you have anything to share?

Shoshanna: We agree. We are not certain of this question. What this question in regard to the body of angels known as the Seraphim?

OWS: Yes, this is what this is asking, yes.

Shoshanna: We will say that in the consciousness of an angel such as this, they will transform and evolve into something else when there is a need if they wish to assist in some way and they are called to assist. They will give that assistance by evolving or devolving in this manner to occupy perhaps a human body. So it is very possible. There are all evolutions going on. And even the human being, if he or she wishes, can evolve or devolve, as it is just a consciousness and an energy that is required when there is assistance needed and they can answer if they wish. Right here at the cusp of the greatest changes to come over this Earth in your entire history. All that you have been working toward, training for, preparing for is now right here in front of you. It is not far off where you are going to begin to see the major changes to your life, but changes that you have been ready for, that you can know how to move through and withstand. For you are on the verge, the verge of many great happenings, many great changes. Not the full Changeover yet, but it is those events that are preceding that Changeover, preceding the Great Solar Flash.

I am KaRa. I come at this time to be with you in these momentous changing times you have been speaking of, the momentum that is happening here in this country of your United States For America, as well as many other countries across the world. For these are bright, sweeping changes that are happening, all to bring about The Great Changeover and to lead that which you have heard called The Event, or The Changeover, or The Solar Flash. All of this is leading to that.

But before that, you are in the transition. The transition that is happening right now. The transition that is leading toward many changes, some of those changes being new technology being released everywhere. And this technology is coming. It is coming. It is already being advanced in many areas.

Many of the councils that we have spoken of, the Earth councils, the galactic councils, all of this have been speaking about releasing these new technologies: these new energies, these new medical understandings that are beyond the medical understanding of today, beyond the allopathic medicine that is practiced today.

But there will be no more practicing of anything. It will be real. It will be those that know what they are doing, and do not question it. Because this is technology coming that is beyond anything that this world at this point has.

But it is coming. It is being released. Slowly at first, but then, just like anything, to gain momentum more and more. And there are centers being planned everywhere to bring this technology forward, these ‘med-beds’ that you wish to call them. But they are the precursors of the celestial chambers, the celestial healing chambers that you have also heard about, and some have even visited those chambers within their light body or within their astral body. They are real. And they are coming forward more and more.

These technologies are based in consciousness. Consciousness and vibrational frequency working together and bringing about the changes, or the restructuring within the DNA processes that you have heard about, literally bringing DNA back to where you want it to be, back to before it was changed, before it was shifted away from the balanced DNA that you are all meant to be in and have a balanced DNA structure. And do not forget about the changing of the DNA to add more DNA, more beyond the double helix, reconnecting here and there. All of this is coming.

And the reason I am bringing this up now, and the reason that James brought this up in your discussion earlier is because we want you now—we, being all of the Galactics, the Ascended Masters, the Agarthans, all of your Guides that are working with you, your Higher God Self, all that are working with you want you now to begin to share more and more as you are able, as the situation calls for it. Share. Be open. Do not be afraid to speak about these things now. These new technologies. Just as your President Trump spoke about this in 2016. He hinted at it. He even mentioned it almost directly that these technologies would replace the ones that you have now. So those of your pharmaceutical companies will no longer be. Those of your medical hospitals, as you know them now, will no longer be. It is the change. It is the changeover that you have all been expecting, waiting for. Do not feel like it is not coming. Do not feel anger in any way that it has not happened yet. Because it is all a process. A process that must continue just in the way it is doing. Because mankind right now is not ready to be deluged with these changes all up front. Overnight changes are not possible at this point. It will become more so. But for now, just know it as what it is, a transition where everything is moving in the direction of light. Light and love and higher consciousness. This is where you are all headed. This is what is coming.

In your next year, not to give a prediction, but in your next year expect miracles to come. That is what is happening. Miracles. Scientific miracles. Scientific and spiritual miracles. Many will look at this as miracles. You yourselves will know this differently. Know it for what it is. You will know it as the combining of science and spirit coming together. That is where your technology is leaning toward. And yes, technology can be used for evil forces, it can be used by the dark forces. Just as it has been up until now. But those times are changing. You are moving beyond the darkness. You are moving fully into the light more and more. So expect the miracles.

I am KaRa, and I leave you now in peace, and love, and oneness. That you will continue to move in the direction of this transition and allow the entire process to continue to play out.

I am Yeshua. And I come just briefly now to prepare you for the changes of this next year. The changes that are coming even in this next week that you are moving into, this being your Christmas Season.

Because you are not having what you would call a Christmas conference Call, I wish to just come in briefly and share the meaning of Christmas, what it is really all about. It is somewhat of a tradition that I would come and share in this way.

Know that the Christmas season is everything about peace and love and oneness, and sharing with each other. Yes, giving gifts and receiving gifts is part of it. But it is so much beyond that. And it is certainly so much beyond the day of my birth.

For as many of you know, this was not the day of my birth, but it is the day of the birth of the Christ Consciousness. If you look at it that way, each and every Christmas Season that the Christ Consciousness is born once again within all of you, within all of us.

That is what this is about. Peace coming to the world. Love spreading everywhere. Everywhere. See it that way. Feel it that way.

On Christmas morning as you rise in the morning, feel the love. Begin to share that love, that peace, that oneness. Share it with everyone that you come in contact with. And if it is just your family, feel it with them! Share it with them! For that is what this Christmas Season is about, is sharing with one another, being with one another.

Being at peace, at love. and do not feel in any way that the darkness that is out there can intrude on this day, this Christmas Day. For on that day, even though they attempt to bring their changes forward, they are thwarted, especially on that day. Because there is so much love and peace being spread across the planet, even to those that do not celebrate the season as you know it, even those are still celebrating within their higher consciousness. Because it is all one together coming on that day.

That is all I wish to say at this time. Just feel the peace. Feel the love. Feel the connection of one to another of all of mankind. Mankind consciously coming together in love and peace.

And we are ready to continue with this transition that you are understanding more and more that you are simply going through a transition. It is all part of the greater plan, as you have heard many, many times. So just know that as you continue to move through your daily expressions, your moment-to-moment expressions. Of course, being in the moment as much as you possibly can, know that this is simply the transition that you are moving through. And the changes that are coming, and the momentum that is gathering here is becoming greater, and greater, and greater. And soon, very soon, you are going to not only see the changes and know the changes, but so are the ones around you going to become more and more aware of these changes. It is all part of the greater plan. All part of what needs to be expressed here to bring this all about. The Light winning over the dark, just as it already has. But you just have not fully seen it yet because the veil, as you know it, although gone, is still not gone from within your full programming here. But that also coming.

Guest: Will the Med-Beds, if not right away, eventually will they be able to heal psychological problems as well?

OWS: Not so much psychological, because that it part of each one’s plan, each one’s path that they must traverse. They must go through their various traumas: psychological, mental, all of this. Only the physical part of this is what is healed. But, know that as the healing of the physical occurs, it also will bring about great healing to that of the psychological and mental traumas, the old memories, the old programming will also be healed because the physical body will be relieved of the pain and suffering. So that one within that physical body can then move more freely and look at other things beyond the old traumas, you see? Shoshanna, do you have anything to add here?

SHOSHANNA: (JoAnna’s Higher Self, channeled by JoAnna McConnell)

We do not have different perspective, but we may add something. May we add something, Dear Sister?

Guest: Please. Yes.

Shoshanna: Most beings on the planet already have the mechanism to heal their own traumas, to heal their own issues if they wish to participate in that healing. The challenge has always been the attachment to illness, the attachment to mental instability. There is much attachment to this. And the being that wishes to release these traumas has the capacity to do so by simply becoming unattached to them, you see; to give them up, so-to-speak. Namaste.

OWS: Yes. And we would also say that there are ones that will not have physical healing, even, because they are attached to the pain, attached to everything that that pain brings to them in their life, and will not be able to become unattached to that for the physical healing to occur. It is very similar as Yeshua performed what you would call ‘miracles of healing,’ and the one that was healed, it did not last because that one did not have the faith that it would last, you see? It is very similar. Would there be other questions here?

OWS: Yes?

Guest: I was recently put back on blood pressure medication. Because I’ve been trying not to take it, not to take it. But every time I end up having my blood pressure taken, it has been high. Is there something still being on medication that will hold us back from ascension? And can I just walk away from it?

OWS: We would caution you to simply walk away from it. We would say that you have a saying: “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” So as you are moving through this transition, and you are having these physical ailments, those various remedies that are available can be helpful, and even life saving at times. Now, with that understanding, we would say that more and more, you would want to move away from this as you can. Begin to think about it that way. Begin to create that in your mind, that you do not have need for this. Before you simply go off, as you say, ‘cold turkey,’ do not do that, but begin to wean yourself away from it. First within your mind, and then your mind will take over the old programming and let go of the need for it fully. And as you move more fully through this transition and raise your consciousness, that will also take care of and alleviate the need for being set in your drugs, any type here. Consciousness moves beyond any need for anything the physical body requires within the illusion, you see? Shoshanna?

Shoshanna: We can share. Do you wish for us to share, Dear Sister?

Guest: Yes, please.

Shoshanna: Dear Sister, we will ask a question here. What do you think has caused this increase in this blood pressure issue, as we understood what you said was that you are back on medication, which means you were not on medication.

Guest: I was not on it because I wasn’t taking it. I took myself off it.

Shoshanna: And we would ask what the result of not taking it was?

Guest: It was high. My blood pressure was high. I had pre-eclampsia when I had both sons, and very high, like 210/170, like ‘you are going to die any minute,’ that kind of high. And it’s been high ever since. Not that high, but high enough that it is an issue. And I kept saying maybe it’s high because of ascension. I didn’t want to take it, so I wasn’t taking it. And then it turned out for whatever reason my blood pressure was taken, it was still high. So I figured I had to go back on it, I was just pushing a heart attack if I don’t.

Shoshanna: Our question, Dear Sister, is what were the ill effects of not taking the medicine. What were you noticing in your life that was not tolerable in the physical?

Guest: It’s not that it’s not tolerable, but I definitely had visual issue going on that I was propping up to ascension, that may not have been ascension, it was coming from the blood pressure. It was just high the whole time, and I was not taking the medicine. Do you know what I mean?

Shoshanna: Yes, Dear Sister. We will continue here for just a moment. May we continue?

Guest: Please. Please do.

Shoshanna: Dear Sister, the body responds to several conditions that create the heart to increase the blood pressure, to increase the speed of the flow of the blood through the arteries, you see, which creates pressure.

There are reasons for this, Dear Sister, that you have control of. We will offer one. We will offer the the fifth call. There is a process called ‘chelation therapy.’ Have you heard of this, Dear Sister?

Guest: I’ve heard of it. I don’t know what it is.

Shoshanna: Dear Sister, we would prompt you, we would advise you to look into this, as this process chelates the minerals that are stuck to your arteries out of your body. It is a process that is not so common to the medical model, but it is an alternative therapy that will assist the pressure of your blood to slow down, you see. So we would ask that you look into this thing called ‘chelation therapy’ as an option to drug therapy.

The other part of this is your emotional body. We find that your emotional body is extremely sensitive to your surroundings. And because your emotional body is extremely sensitive to your surroundings, you tend to have bouts of emotion, we would say, that you wish not to have, but you have them. And these bouts of emotion that you have, the frustration, these sadnesses, these depressions, these anger parts of you, are causing your heart to disrupt. So there is not just a physical aspect of the issue that you are experiencing, you have the emotional aspect which is a reaction to your surroundings and your environment. Guest: I had to chime in because I have the exact same issue that she just mentioned. Which is, I’ve had high blood pressure my entire life. I’m pretty high-strung in general, just my energetic level, I should say. I guess my question would be, do I also have an emotional aspect to that? Because I am looking into chelation therapy, as you mentioned it. My question is, as you just stated to you, do I also have a parallel emotional level issue that also needs to be addressed? I’m also not taking drugs. Every time I go to the hospital they try to tell me to go to E.R. That is how high it is. It’s usually 210/190. It’s ridiculous. But they always say, “you are going to die any minute, any second!” They literally tell me that, like I’m going to die of a stroke. And I have gone to the E.R. before just because of that, because they’re like, “We won’t even treat you until you go to E.R.” because it was that high. So, I wanted to provide that background, very similar to what she just said.

OWS: We will turn this to you, Shoshanna, since you have brought this particular remedy up here.

Shoshanna: Dear Brother, we wish to share here. And we would ask also that if you wish for more, that you also ask for this in private, you see. But we will tell you something interesting here, as we find it. Your being that you exist in is different. It is different than most. You are a compendium, a compilation of many lifetimes that have been stuffed in this body. And we will say that your situation is not the same. The result is the same, but it is not the same. Your issue is because your body is different. And we will tell you that the medical model that many of you wish to get answers from does not understand your body. You would already be dead if this were something that would kill you.

There are several things that we would say here. The first thing is that you will not die from this. You may wish to lower it, buffer it. That is not a bad idea. But it is not critical, you see. It is your body responding to an environment that does not ____ in you. There is much here, but we cannot share any further. You will not be concerned so much about this. There is so much here that we cannot share. If you ask further, you may obtain more.

Guest: That is Shoshanna Shares, is that what you are referring to?

Shoshanna: Yes. We would ask that you have a talk. There is much here. Oh my goodness, there is so much here that we cannot really share publicly.

Guest: That’s fine. My only concern is that I really go to doctors any more, I don’t trust them (obviously). But every time I do, though, they tell me I will drop dead any second, which is kind of unnerving. But my personal intuition never felt like it was an issue or that it is going to kill me.

Guest: I am new to phoning in. I have been phoning since 2016. I have a million questions that are really sensitive and hard to ask, and I don’t know whether it’s an appropriate time yet to open up some of these doors. Is this maybe true over the last eight to ten months with asking for deeper questions, personal ascension questions, because I’ve got to see if they are truth maybe?

Guest: No, they are like big, big general questions that are more related.

Shoshanna: Dear Sister, there is never an external component to a challenge or an issue within a being. It is always the being that has the issue. So when you say, Dear Sister, and we are being direct, when you say, Dear Sister, that there is a stall, we will say that is you. That you are stalled. And that if you wish to ask a bigger question, then ask it. Do not wait for others to participate at that level, because you may be waiting your whole life for that. So we will say that if you have a big question, to ask it, and perhaps when you come forward and ask, then you will give the courage to others to ask. It always starts with one, you see. There is no stall. There is only the idea that it takes courage to ask questions. And that is why so many do not. They fear the answer. Namaste.

Guest: Yeah, well that’s exactly what I have been experiencing personally. Can I ask a question to One Who Serves:

OWS: Yes.

Guest: Well, I guess it has to do with birth, and the grand experiment, and waiting for it, and what it is and why. Maybe has already been covered. Maybe many people know this, but I haven’t heard people talk so much about this. We need to stop you there, because you are rambling. We need to have direct question in order to give direct answer.

Shoshanna: It’s not that all you are saying could be true, is true, may be true, for you, for others, but the way that you wish to receive a specific answer is to ask a specific question. So we would say that it is important for you to sit with yourself and write your questions down specifically in order to ask them, rather than to give us the ideas that you are giving, which is very broad-brushed and cannot be explained without a question. So do you have question?

Guest: Yeah. The question is, is what is happening here on Earth directly related to the idea of homeopathy, in care of something within the mind?

Shoshanna: We will share here, Dear Sister. We will attempt to share. May we share?

Guest: Yes, please.

Shoshanna: This is true at some level, or not true at other levels. Because each soul comes here for a specific path for specific purposes that are specific to that soul.

There are many things going on on this planet: normal things that will not affect you, and many things that will, depending upon your plan, depending upon what you decided would be your experience here before you embodied. Before you came into the body, you decided what your experiences would be, and you came into an experiment called ‘free will.’ Which is very difficult for most, because most do not want to make decisions0 or choices, they just want answers, you see. They do not want to experiment.

So in some ways you are saying things that are accurate, and it may be accurate for you. And there are others that will never experience what you are saying, because it is not within their cause to experience that. That is how we can answer your question, Dear Sister. If you have specific things that are specific to your path, then you will experience those things, and you will come up with ideas, and you will come up with comparisons, and you will come up with connections that are conducive to your own growth. OWS: Very good. Then we are done for the time. We need to release channel. Shoshanna, do you have anything you wish to impart here?

Shoshanna: We will say that it is important for each being to attempt in every way to follow their path, to meet their own criteria, to listen to the higher guidance that is given to them through their Higher Self, and attempt to in all ways receive the answer that is necessary for ones to move forward in consciousness. And to remember that it is an individualized experience of the God Source, it is an individualized experience, and that what each experience is does not necessarily mean that the being next to them is experiencing the same thing. It is all individualized, and that is the conundrum and the difficulty that most will face here. But you must face it with divine understanding, and connect to your Higher Self for the answers. OWS: Very good. And we would close here with just suggesting that you begin more and more to share. Share wherever you possibly can the changes that are coming, are part of you now, the technology that is being released. It is time to raise consciousness across the planet more and more, and this is now you begin to do it, one person here at a time.

SAINT GERMAIN (Channeled by James McConnell)

I am Saint Germain. I come at this time to continue the process that was started long, long ago. I speak now not only of this lifetime, but many lifetimes that you have been in this process. You have been working toward bringing the Light forward, bringing the truth forward within all of the darkness, raising the shadows everywhere back into the light. And that is exactly what is happening at this time now.

Yes, certainly when you do these exercises, these meditations, you are spreading the light. But you are also doing so each and every moment of your life, whether you thing about it or not. Certainly helps when you are conscious of it.

But it also happens within your dream state, within your waking state, again, whether you are consciously spreading the Light or not, just by being who you are as a Star-Being, a Starseed, coming together once again with all of your brothers and sisters. Many that have come from the stars. Many, even, that you have come here with from those same stars. Here you are, all together: Light: drawing Light to it.

Know that everything that is happening in these moments now is all about the end of the old, and the beginning of the new. All you need to do is just continue to be who you are in every moment. Know who you are. Trust in who you are. Because it is that trust, it is that belief, that is indeed creating the new reality all around you. And without you, you the collective you creating this new reality, then you would stay entombed and asleep within the quagmire, within the swamp. But no longer.

Let yourselves go. Let yourselves be, again, who you are. And do not shy away from who you are. Trust that the words will come to you if you allow the power to build within you. And it is all about bringing the power back within you, taking the power back, the power of love, back within you and spreading that outward.

These times that you are in now are all about the truth coming forward. Freedom being returned to the population. Freedom. Freedom that you really have not had for quite some time. But many believe that they are free, even when they are not. They do not know what is happening within the shadows, what is happening behind the scenes. But those of you do know, or are mostly aware of what is occurring now. And that all is coming back to an understanding and a remembering.

Trust the plan, as you have heard many, many times. For the plan is indeed working out. And know that everything, everything, that is occurring at this time is all about bringing down the old paradigm. Indeed, crumbling the old paradigm.

For it is time for people, people everywhere, to realize their sovereignty, to realize their freedom. Freedom of choice. Everyone has freedom of choice, and no one can take that away from you unless you allow them to.

So believe, my brothers and sisters, believe that you are who you are, and that you have come here for a great purpose. The purpose which is becoming more and more known to all who are ready to hear it and see it.

I am Saint Germain, and I leave you now in peace, and love, and oneness. And that you continue to know that the Violet Flame is always there. Just simply think of it, visualize it, and it is there to protect you. It is a shield.

There are other tools that you can use, but the Violet Flame does more than just shield you. It does burn away the old programming more, and more, and more as you utilize it. Then, once the old programming is gone, the shield of the Violet Flame that is all around you will have pulled out any more of that old programming coming back in.

Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani, padme, hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here. Shoshanna is here. And we are ready to continue with the program, this process, this everything, this. We are here to continue to be of service to you as much as we possibly can. Just as you are there to be of service to your fellow brothers and sisters as much as you possibly can in any given moment.

And do not be concerned if you think you are not doing enough, or whatever it might be, because there is no ‘doing it enough.’ There is just ‘doing it.’ Okay?

We are ready for your questions if you have them.

Guest: I have a question.

OWS: Yes?

Guest: I’ve heard that everyone on the planet is supposed to be the strongest of the strong to go through this transition that we are going through, and that we were chosen to be here. I’m just wondering who chose us? Was it Source, or somebody else?

OWS: First of all, you chose yourself. You volunteered. And then once you volunteered, then there were those that mentored to you that then, yes, they chose you. But you first had to be the one to choose for yourselves to undertake this grand, grand mission.

And this mission that you are on is so much larger than you can possibly imagine at this point. We think you are getting an inkling of it here and there, but you do not have any grasp yet of how immense this entire plan is and your volunteer effort is, but you will. You will understand it as you move more fully through the ascension process. You will then fully know who you are when all of that that we have been speaking of as per truth coming forward. Shoshanna, do you have anything to add?

SHOSHANNA: (JoAnna’s Higher Self, channeled by JoAnna McConnell)

We will add a perspective here. May we add our perspective, Dear Brother?

Guest: Always.

Shoshanna: Dear Brother, at the soul level of your being, the most prevalent condition is free choice and free will. The soul does not make decisions under stress, under frustration, under hypnotic transe. It makes the choice that will most serve itself and serve you as a being. So, as One Who Serves has givenh, you have always chosen. No one chooses for you. And you chose this grand experiment because it was interesting to you, and because you wished to expand your level of awareness beyond where it was in that moment. Namaste, Dear Brother.

Guest: Thank you.

OWS: Very good. Are there further questions here?

Guest: Yeah, I’ll ask one. I’m pretty sure we’ve covered this subject before, but I’m still processing being told recently, and I’m having to rethink my position on artificial intelligence. And so I want to talk about the quantum system. The quantum computing system is coming in, the quantum financial system. And if you could just reiterate if it is an artificial intelligence? Is it based somehow the consciousness of Source? Could you please talk a little bit about the quantum computing system.

OWS: It is both. It is exactly what you have just said. It is a part of Source, certainly. And it is artificial intelligence. Not as you understand AI yet at this point. For AI, imbued with consciousness of the Light, becomes something entirely different than AI imbued with the consciousness of dark, you see? So just know that it is coming, it is happening, it is in process to be a part of the new reality. Not of your third-dimensional expression: it is beyond that. It is fourth-dimension, and even moving into fifth and higher dimensional frequency. It is all about vibration and consciousness. Vibration and consciousness. Shoshanna?

Shoshanna: Well, we will add somewhat here. May we add a perspective here, Dear Sister?

Guest: Yes, please.

Shoshanna: All the things that each knows about this thing called the quantum financial system, or quantum computing, is a higher level of understanding. It is meant to uplift humanity. It is meant to level the playing field. It is meant to eradicate those that are greedy, those that wish to take more than their share. That is what it is meant to do, it is meant to make things fair, you see. So if you see it that way, how could it not be divine? How could it not be Godly? How could it not be a better solution to the third-dimensional challenges of money, you see?

So when you look at something, look at its integral parts: what it is there for: if it is there to help, if it is there to enlighten, to move consciousness forward? Then it is always of the Light. Namaste.

OWS: Yes. Very good. Would there be other questions here?

Guest: Yes, may I?

OWS: Yes, yes.

Guest: I have become aware that many, many Lightworkers and Light-warriors experience physical back issues with their spine, their muscle structure from top to bottom, myself included. I am also aware that the back of the body is the masculine. And I’ve been told that the back in particular, has to do with the past. So can you give us additional information beyond that, please?

OWS: What we would say, for largely with all of those that are the Lightworking and Light-warrior Community, it is about standing within your power and having that power within you. And it is difficult for many that are in the process at this time to reclaim that power because they think of it in terms of ego, and think of it in terms of being selfish, and things like that. And there is nothing further from the truth when you think about it in terms of the Source power within you. There is nothing, then, that can affect you if you fully have that Source power moving through you. But because, again, of those that feel that they do not have that power within them, their back struggles with this being able to stand up straight for one’s self, you see? That is one reason here. Shoshanna may have other perspective.

Shoshanna: We will share here. May we share, Dear Sister?

Guest: Yes, please.

Shoshanna: Dear Sister, the pain and struggles that the human race goes through is not just physical, as One Who Serves has given. It is mental, emotional, and physical. The physical is the last part of the manifestation, you see. The back issue is not first physical, and then creates emotion, and then creates a mental state, it is just the opposite. It is first mental, it becomes emotional, then it becomes manifested in the physical. But there is good new here, because as you heal the physical, you also heal the emotional and the mental bodies as well. It goes upward and downward.

So we will suggest that, if there are back issues, you take up yoga, or you take up those exercises that create flexibility. Because what we know is those that suffer are the least flexible, are more geared toward routine, not changing anything, keeping within a structure that they have built without moving past it. Flexibility is the answer, you see. One most be flexible in attitude, flexible in mind, flexible mentally, and then the body becomes more flexible. But as you practice those things that create flexibility in the body, you will find that your mind becomes more flexible. Namaste.

OWS: Very good. Yes. Would there be any further questions here?

Guest: Yes, I have a question.

OWS: Yes.

Guest: About a little bit in the group earlier, I do believe one of my higher callings current is to (I just moved to Austin, Texas) is to bring the city back into the Light, would be a good way to put it. You know, it’s fairly dark here, at least it seems that way. My question is, part of my strategy there is taken out of Cobra’s, sort of, playbook, I guess, and (I have done this before) I have hundreds, maybe thousands of little Flower of Life stickers for lack of a better term, and I literally go and I put those in physical locations, and I say, “I reclaim this area for the Light.” I plan on giving it out on a much more broad and methodical basis in the City of Austin. I had planned on literally going building to building, block to block, and doing this until it’s done. Do you have any other suggestions, or is there anything I can say that is more powerful that would kind of anchor the Light in that area as I used sort of these little Flower of Life stickers? Or, is there something you can suggest as even more powerful than that?

OWS: What you are doing is going to be quite beneficial, because you are doing it with the understanding that you are making change, that you are bringing about Light within a dark situation. So that in itself is something that you are being guided to do. And just as you are being guided to spread the light in this way, then you will also be guided as to what to say also. We will not give you what to say: that will come from within you. Because it is a deep, deep memory within you as to what you are doing, and what you have done before many times. Shoshanna?

Shoshanna: We have perspective here. May we share?

Guest: Of course you can.

Shoshanna: We must ask a question, Dear Brother. Who are you working with?

Guest: Source.

Shoshanna: Then you go straight to the Source.

Guest: Correct. As far as, I guess you are referring to what to say or what to proclaim, or do as I am doing the work, right?

Shoshanna: Yes. So how can Source go wrong?

Guest: Source cannot go wrong (laughs).

Shoshanna: So when do you think that Source doesn’t work?

Guest: Oh, I would say never.

Shoshanna: This is accurate. However, you are the conduit, Dear Brother. You are the embodiment. You are the conduit. And, the human’s body that you find yourself in, as many do, has doubts, has concerns, has an ego that doubts. That is the only thing that holds any of this back is the idea that you cannot do it, that it is not profound, that there is something that you could do better, there is something else.

Guest: Right. Right.

Shoshanna: We we see what your intention is, as One Who Serves has given, he is saying that the object that you hold, whether it is a rock, a crystal, a sticker holds the consciousness of the beholder, you see? For you must imbue those objects with the highest intention and the embodiment that you are, which is divine, you see? And, you must let go of, and practice letting go of any doubt that you have, Dear Brother, that it is not enough, that you could do something else. Is this okay? Is that okay? Honestly, if it is divine, if you are working directly with Source, Dear Brother, how could you doubt it? Namaste.

Guest: Very good.

OWS: We would ask a question here. Yeshua, when he went about his mission, did he doubt as he went from place to place, people to people, did he doubt his power, or the power of the Source, the Father within him? Did he ever doubt that? You don’t know for sure, but if he had, then those things that were attributed to him as miracles would not have happened. So just as you are spreading the Light in your way, he spread the Light in his way. He was the conduit for the Christ Consciousness here on the planet at that time. But now, 2000-plus years later, you are all the conduit of the Christ Consciousness here on the planet.

Shoshanna: We would like to add something, Dear Brother.

Guest: Of course.

Shoshanna: And Dear Brother, we know that you know that your record, your soul’s record, as we see it, you have been around the galaxy and back. You have been around the multiverse and back. You are not used to being in a human body that has limitations. You cannot understand this at many levels as in, “Why am I in this body when I am so full of light and so full of strength?” So you must not identify with the body, Dear Brother, you must identify with the Light that you are. Namaste.

OWS: Yes, then we are ready for that.

Guest: Yes, thank you. A woman writes in saying that she does a normal spiritual practice every day and she feels good. But at night she feels drained, and she is asking why this is happening. Thank you.

OWS: This is not just for this one who asks this question, this is for many at this point that awaken in the morning and are somewhat drained of energy and begin their day drained of energy, and have to reclaim it as they move through their day. So we would say that when you are in that sleep state, you are battling. You are battling the dark side. And it takes a great deal of energy to do so, much more in that sleep state than in your waking state. Because in your waking state you have reason, and things like that that go on that stops you from doing certain things and saying certain things. But in your sleep state, there is none of that. There is just simply battling the dark side within the third-dimensional expression. You are doing it on the other side. So it is natural when you wake in the morning to feel the draining of the energy.

So then what can you do to bring that energy back? Well, you can have a good breakfast, that can help. You can do some exercises, that can help. You can utilize crystals if that works for you, that can help. There are many ways of regaining the energy. Just simply by being you in the day as you continue to move on and being positive and spreading the light as much as you can, and just being in a neutral state. That will all help. Perhaps Shoshanna, do you have anything to add?

Shoshanna: We do not add to this.

OWS: Very good. Then we are done for the time. Do you have any parting message, Shoshanna?

Shoshanna: We do not.

OWS: Very good. Then we just simply say, as you are hearing many, many many times, but it is becoming more, and more, and more important now: be who you are, be yourself. But it is with a capital “B” there. Just be in the moment, be the power within you that you are, and know that you are that power. And whenever the situation comes up and you draw upon that power, you shall have the words to speak to spread that power.
