For the past aeons we have lived in carbon-based bodies, which operate at lower frequencies. This was so that we could understand the third dimension, with its polarities of dark and light, and experience the lower senses.
Most people on the ascension path are currently in the fourth dimension, the level at which their heart chakra opens and they fully accept they are on an eternal soul journey. Their cells can hold up to 79 per cent light.
At the Cosmic Moment on 21 December 2012 the new crystalline light body was activated in the etheric for all those who hold this level of light. It is a compound six-pointed crystalline merkabah. This looks like two pyramids overlapping to form a three-dimensional six-pointed star and holds our energy fields at a higher frequency.
This crystalline light body is the blueprint of the humans we will become in the new Golden Age. It will come into place for everyone who is fifth-dimensional or at the upper levels of the fourth dimension and those whose soul wishes them to participate in the new Golden Age.
The purpose of having a crystalline light body is that it can hold more light than a carbon-based one. Light contains the love, knowledge and wisdom of the universe.
Therefore, in order to build our crystalline light body we must be able to take in more light.
