In this week’s newsletter I share a video describing how our judgments and assumptions can lead us into the pathway of energy drains, leads, and focusing our energy on others when we really need to be more self-focused. We need all of our energy resources now as we make our own transitions into new energy dimensions and frequencies. But we cannot engage with the fear we’re leaving others out or behind – we are not and in fact, we cannot do that when we acknowledge their energy sovereignty which is the portal to their free will.When I realized the former owner had left the house with a broken toilet handle I could assume 3 things about this:
They knew it was broken and didn’t have time to change it before they left the house,
They didn’t know how to fix it and didn’t want to hire a plumber It had been broken for so long that they were used to it and forgot that it was not working properly.
I chose to assume #3 but #2 is a possibility too. Even if #1 is true, it doesn’t matter. Here’s the bigger issue – I do not know why they didn’t fix it and it’s an energy drain to assume anything at all. Instead, I went to Lowe’s, bought a new one for around $9 and fixed it myself – it took less than 5 minutes. Now it’s fixed and I can flush the toilet without the handle falling out.
That’s a very simple situation. What about when more important life issues are at stake – how do we handle our judgments and assumptions when someone’s actions hurt us, disrupt our lives, or cause us pain?
How much energy do we expend before we decide that there is a better, more productive, and more fulfilling way to use our energy that gets us out of karmic feedback loops and healing cycles and into higher energy frequencies? Can we release the need to be right or to be vindicated and instead, choose to use a situation as a source of empowerment rather than being victimized by it?
While it’s tempting to express our righteous indignation over someone’s behavior, which is probably justified, it’s also an energy drain that we can plug by staying true to ourselves, our intention, and using our energy in productive ways that support and enhance our own path.
To quote a popular saying, ” Staying angry with someone is like drinking poison and expecting someone else to die.”
We’re being challenged to examine how we use our energy and all of our energetic resources now.
Do we fulfill our emotional need to respond in anger and avenge our honor or do we fulfill our energy priorities for congruence and harmony in our lives? It’s a tough choice because our emotions want to be vindicated while our energy wants to expand into a more fulfilling path.
This is our internal battle between chaos and harmony, our choice point during our personal journey of 3D dis-integration and chaos to rise above the past or return to it. It’s a choice everyone has to make now and if you cannot choose the ascension path of 3D/5D alignment, integration, and mastery that’s OK, you’ll get another chance to try again.
Shine on, we are in action mode now.
