Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos
Happy Heart’s Day to each of you!
It is my pleasure as the High Priest of Telos with the Telosian Council of Light to step forward and connect with each of you.
The changes that are occurring within 2014 can be very subtle but emotional in each moment. The energetic exchanges that are occurring within GAIA are assisting the planet greatly but yet there are still elements of extreme disharmony. The weather conditions presently are playing havoc upon the lands of this earth and each of you. We are doing our best to assist you in any way that we can along with Lord Ashtar and the Ashtar Command.
When the environmental conditions are occurring around us, it can be very challenging to find time in our own Heart Space. This is very important for each of us to do so as without this connection all will be lost.
As each of you is experiencing the upheaval of emotions and thoughts, the world around you is doing the same. This is when it is imperative to fully step back, take a deep breath, and try to feel the existence of your higher essence be with you. Many of you are learning to work through this process by reminding yourself in moments of complete turmoil that the only way out is your breath of life, your Heart Essence. So many individuals do not allow themselves to feel deeply within them without the physical construct of the body and step into their own beautiful existence of Divine Love. But how is this done when thoughts are regaling around you and you are being bombarded by many levels of frequencies, most of them very debilitating.
STOP, AND BREATHE DEEPLY FROM YOUR HIGHER SELF. Call upon your Heart Essence to be fully within you. Allow the softness that you are to be the main part of your existence. Soften up the energies with the Pink Flame and allow it to flow within you.
Now feel the difference. As you allow compassion to blend within your body, it will start to allow the changes to occur within all structures of your existence. Feel yourself floating on a pink cloud of light while experiencing the beauty of bliss and enjoyment within your world.
Do you know how important this exercise is for the entire planet? Each time you allow these energies to expand out of you, you are giving Service as a Master Being of Light. Others will feel it and it will blend around the world like Hearts-within-Hearts.
Let’s face it; the world is in turmoil. Changes are happening quickly and many individuals do not understand the process. This is because they are working within the 3rd dimensional construct and want to see results immediately occur usually by certain individuals. What we are experiencing in this moment with the Pink Flame cannot be measured by science or your reality. It is the experience of allowing your Light to become so bright that you must share it with another.
Everyone is being challenged in many ways; let us do our part on this day of the 14th of February and allow our light to expand out into the world. Try it and see how it works. If you are having great results, then do so every day for 3 minutes in your morning meditation. Think about what would happen if each of us practiced this each day. Eventually people would calm down and start to look within themselves for answers instead of outside of themselves. Lives would change and we would be united through our energetic exchange.
We must start somewhere; let it be on this day. I walk with you as Lord Adama during these times of great change. Let’s do it with ease and grace while allowing the peace, serenity, and compassion of all elements to become manifest within the human race.
