ENERGY UPDATE 
The Schumann resonance is still spiking! You should be feeling this right about now. Your head feels full, like a dull aching and pressure especially in the center of the forehead and the crown.
Tastebuds are affected right now they’re saying, your taste buds are more enhanced or you’re having trouble tasting things. This is tied to the blurry vision as well. Our senses are being heightened or diminished temporarily.
Odd aches and pains continue through the body and you’ll notice how active your body gets upon trying to go to sleep. This is just the process so trust it.
Sudden waves of depression that last a day and intense rage and frustration coming to the surface to be experienced, processed and healed.
You’re also going to experience an increase in impulses to change your life in big ways. Moving, quitting a job, shifting careers, making a major purchase. Everyone’s energy is different but from what I’m getting now is that we should start moving in these new directions even if it’s baby steps.
Consider many different forms of healing in your process at this time an see what’s working for you. You may have tried breathwork 2 years ago and it’s no benefit and now it could be exactly what you need. Those healing modalities that you are interested in or keep hearing about are the ones your energy is calling to you. Trust that.
