ENERGY UPDATE 
Strong waves of energy are being received by the earth and all who make this planet home as the solar winds continue to create spikes in the Schumann resonance and the sun lines up and forms a conjunction to the Pleiades. The energy passing through the sun from the this very important star system brings with it upgrades, light codes, high vibrational information and messages from your star family if that is your lineage.
Anxiety is very strong right now. And for many it’s not even an issue. It just feels like butterflies or general feelings of worry or restlessness but for many, you are experiencing intense upgrades and purging a lot and your fight or flight response is turned all the way the fuck on!
Throat activations are so powerful and important but they can be uncomfortable and the physical sensations associated with it can produce it’s own level of fear and anxiety but remember that the thyroid is the gland that is affected by these upgrades and this influx of energy can disrupt normal thyroid function leading to even more insomnia and anxiety. It seems like a vicious cycle but it will end I promise. Been there, done that.
Many are also experiencing their first dose of dark night of the soul. You feel lost but in the deepest way. You feel you have no purpose, no motivation, no energy, no happy chemicals. Your system is shutting down in preparation for more light to take its place in your cells and energy bodies. You don’t have to trust me, but you should practice trusting yourself. “When will this end?!” you say.... one day you will look back and tell others about what you’re going through.
