So you are going along and you are doing great, in the heart and present.
Then suddenly a situation arises where it feels unknown, you become frightened.
Instead of facing a sense of weakness or inadequacy the get behind, EGO pattern arises, to cover up any perceived weakness. The false self keeps you falsely protected from FACING YOURSELF.
So the false self acts tough, strong, it can do it. YET it is the active weakened false self that is the ego, that thrives through that pattern continuing. Keeping you falsely appearing strong, appearing ABOVE that thing you wont face within you.
If you LOVE that weakness, pattern, addiction and FACE IT with self acceptance, then the ego pattern (false self/power) begins to dissolve more and more.
SO that you CAN BE ALWAYS in the moment the evolved, self accepted, unconditional love being, that you are.
Face yourself and your perceived weaknesses. ACCEPT them. Therein all power lives, through self acceptance and unconditional love.
You cannot love another if you do not do this for yourself first. Otherwise an endless battle, of extracting fake love from another fake being.
End the patterns of AVOIDANCE and face yourself. Love is NOW and always was.
It is the key to BEING ASCENDED. It is a process and it is now, MOMENT TO MOMENT. CHOOSE the true/real you. In love.
