New Moon is Wednesday, February 18 at 4:47 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
This New Moon is a time to celebrate any and all improvements no matter how small or large in your life. Acknowledge yourself and all of your support with gratitude. Take some time to be still and allow all the focus and action towards improvement to settle, organize and balance. The New Moon is always a still point and this one being in Aquarius suggests being still and taking a breath in that stillness in order to allow something wonderful, eccentric and unexpected to land in your lap. Intend that whatever it is, it will be an improvement in some way.This is also a good time to dream bigger and to acknowledge some of the area that you wish to improve instead of working on what needs improvement. Spend some time dreaming your desires and expanding your sense of what is possible. Remember to vote with your heart and not with your mind and to dream outside the box.

Super New Moon
Sun and Moon in Aquarius ~ 29º 59’

We’re teetering on the edge with this New Moon. It’s the second New Moon in Aquarius (most unusual!) ~ the first at 0º09’ on inhalation January 20 and now this one at the VERY last possible exhalation of the sign at 29º59’. It’s a razor’s edge of shifting energy as minutes later the Moon and then the Sun shift into Pisces giving us the energy of both the culmination of the old and the birthing of the new. We benefit from both the gifts of Aquarius and Pisces as we roll powerfully from one to the other as the Sun begins its course through the final sign of the zodiac before the renewal of Spring Equinox. With four heavenly bodies, Mercury (newly turned direct), Vesta, Sun and Moon in Aquarius and another four in Pisces, Neptune, Chiron, Venus and Mars, we are supported in integrating our Aquarian universal will and connection to all humanity and our Piscean compassionate, wise nurturing of ourselves at all levels from the deep heart lifting the focus from the lower survival chakras to the radiant heart chakra level. What is being birthed is a relationship with our inner knowing that resides in our hearts, where our relationship with Spirit lives.
We are maturing as a species. Looking outward has produced much technological and material advancement for many, now we are invited to move from the survival mode of the lower chakras into the temple of our inner heart lead by Neptune in Pisces. Spend some time now in that wide-open place where intuition speaks to you in the language of imagination, beauty, art, and divine union. Both our personal planets, Venus and Mars are so close at 28-29º Pisces. Together they encourage compassionate healing and blessing of the divine masculine and feminine within ourselves and in their ongoing tantric dance around us.
