If you have fears, then you must look at them, examine them, deconstruct them, because they do not serve you, and there is no reason for you to hang on to them.

Sometimes you will do it consciously, and you will have a channeling experience. Sometimes you will recognize it as a channeling experience, and sometimes you will not.

This is the time to be very deliberate about your lives, about your desires, about your thoughts and your intentions. To be deliberate, you have to be paying attention, and therefore, you do want to have more experience going within, because as you do, you have a greater likelihood of being more aware of what you are putting out to the universe every single moment of every single day. Therefore, it is always a good idea to meditate when you start your day. If you are aware from the very beginning of your day, then you have a better chance of being deliberate as you move through the rest of your day.

You have all that you need at all times, and you are being guided to what you have inside of you at all times as well. One of the ways in which you do get guided to what is inside of you is by becoming disillusioned by a teacher or a set of teachings. Ultimately, you want to have faith in yourselves, in your abilities, and in your connection to that which you truly are, which is of course Source Energy. If you rely too heavily on someone else’s connection to the Source that we all are, then chances are that person, or that being or collective will be knocked off the pedestal. Many people lose faith in those moments and go into a dark night of the soul, but when they recuperate, they are more likely to trust themselves, to go within, and to become their own guide.

You do want to fathom how old you really are so that you can understand how wise you really are, how masterful you really are. In order to do that, you must see yourself as being bigger than this singular incarnation would indicate.
