The Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light:

We are you, from your future, to assist you on your path.
Beloved One, as you are moving through your ascension journey, your path is being orchestrated in a way that allows for you to release all old patterns and beliefs.
Many of these old patterns and beliefs have accumulated over many lifetimes.
They have been buried within your emotional body, physical body, mental body and energy body.
You might be aware of some of them and have released them.
Then, there are those that have to be brought to the surface to be released.
Your Higher Self is orchestrating circumstance and events to bring them to the forefront.
This can be an intense experience and for many this is very frustrating.
Oftentimes, you might wonder "I'm doing everything right on my spiritual path and now I'm finding myself in such a situation!"
This is the time to know, that you are seeing in the outside world what is reflecting on the inner world.
Ask yourself, "How does this situation make me feel? Does this feeling resemble any repeating patterns and beliefs about myself and others in my life?"
Your answer will help you to release and undo them.
Surrender to Source and your Higher Self and know, that you are always safe and carried through it, if you trust and allow.
At the core of it all is one Truth:
You are loved.
You are loving.
You are one with Source.
"But, why can't it be easier?"
The human mind is naturally wired to avoid pain. It will do anything it can do to avoid it. Even if it is just a temporary pain that will lead you to your spiritual freedom.
The Divine orchestration of the Higher Self and Source provide ways to unearth the hidden beliefs and emotional patterns to be released.
It is following the desire of ascension, which is the release of all lower vibrational emotions and beliefs.
You always have a choice:
You can fight this process or you can trust and allow for Source to carry you through it.
When things get too intense, become still and give everything into the hands of Source.
And then, watch what happens. (Instead of making things happen.)
At times, you might be guided to take certain steps, but mostly:
trust and allow.
The solutions might look differently than what you thought they should be.
These are the higher solutions that will propel your journey into the Higher Realms of Light.
We are with you, every step of the way.
You are loved beyond measure.
We are with you... always. We love you."
