We are you, from your future, to assist you on your path.
Beloved One, as you are moving through these intense shifts of your ascension process, know that you are well on your way of leaving the Illusion.
Now, the layers of illusion are interspersed with layers of the higher dimensional realities.
As you are going through your day, you will experience either a layer of Illusion (which is not real) or a layer of the higher dimensional realities (which is real).
So, how do you know which layer you are experiencing?
You will know it by the way you feel.
If you are feeling irritated, angry, sad, helpless, in pain, depressed, limited, hopeless, isolated, alone and so forth - you are experiencing a layer of Illusion.
If you are feeling loving, loved, peaceful, in harmony, creative, blissful, connected, generous and so forth, you are experiencing a layer of the higher dimensions.
How can you shift from a layer of Illusion to a layer of the higher dimensions?
First, it is important to remember that the layer of Illusion is not real.
It is covering up the real layers of the higher dimensions.
This simple awareness takes away the power of the Illusion layer over your experience.
A simple mantra of repeating "This is not real." can assist in shifting your awareness.
Then, it is time to connect with what is real.
The core energy of the higher dimensions is Divine Love.
This Divine Love is able to raise you out of the Illusion into the higher realms of Love and Light.
In order to shift into these higher dimensions, begin by connecting with your heart center and the Divine Light and Love that already resides there.
It might take a moment to feel it.
Once you begin to feel this Divine Love and Light, allow it to expand and intensify.
Now, your feeling state will shift into a more harmonious and peaceful state.
From there, your experiences will shift as well and you will enter a layer of the higher dimensional realities.
As you keep shifting out of Illusion experiences, the higher dimensional experiences will last longer and longer, until the Illusion experiences have gone forever.
You are free. You always have been.
The Illusion was just a dream that you woke up from.
