4/4 Portal 4th April 2022
Today is the 4/4 Portal, a consciousness gateway that falls within Aries Season.
It allows us to connect with our Inner Power and Strength.
The Key words are GROUNDED and EMPOWERED.
With the powerful energies that are expected in April and May, we need to ensure that we are fully grounded, and that we are not cycling around in our heads with the monkey mind.
Good techniques for grounding are deep breathing and walking in nature, especially barefoot if you can. As you breathe, be aware of your body and allow yourself to relax. Become aware that you are Embodied Soul, and that your Body serves your Soul while you are on Earth.
Allow yourself to feel empowered as you dream of what you would like to experience in the adventure of life, knowing that every dream must manifest in due time.
