Now entering the third week of lockdown and two more after that. Starting to feel a bit stir crazy at times as we are not allowed out for walks. So in the last 2 weeks I have only been outside once for grocery shopping!
This is truly a time when we are being tested to maintain our inner Mastery and to dig deep and find that Grace and Serenity that is part of our Human Angelic Blueprint. As we ascend to Higher levels of Consciousness, we are learning to be focussed and conscious and to observe how we feel at all times.
We need to stay Calm, Centered and Kind.
Calmness and Serenity are the signature energies of higher consciousness. While you are aggressive and angry and frustrated, you cannot be in higher consciousness.
Being Centered means you are also Grounded and Balanced in your Heart.
And being in your Heart means you are not in judgment, but are in a place of kindness. This also means understanding that many people cope with insecurity and anxiety by becoming opinionated and demanding because it gives them a sense of security, of knowing what is what, even if they are mistaken.
Compassion and Love.
Simply Being.
Flowing.
Day to Day.
Love will light the Way!
