Sabotage means to destroy, interfere with, or damage a process deliberately. Did you know the word originated when French factory workers would throw their wooden shoes (sabots) into machinery in protest?
Sabotage is one way we prevent ourselves from moving forward in our lives and it’s all self generated. The difference is whether we’re doing it consciously, with full and deliberate knowledge of what we’re doing, or unconsciously, where we find ourselves blocked from moving forward over and over again, but we don’t know or understand why.
But it’s all self sabotage because whatever we’re sabotaging is something we have an interest in and it involves the consequences we fear. Remember we are not afraid of ‘fear’ because fear arises from the results of past events. We fear consequences and even if what we are moving towards is what we want, fulfills a dream, or meets a need in a powerful way, if we have a negative consequence attached to that outcome we will sabotage our efforts in every way to avoid the consequences. And our sabotage is so unconscious yet so deliberate that it works every time.
Energy prisons are a concept I introduced in the Portal Keepers Master Class, which is where we imprison ourselves into destructive, limiting energy cycles because we cannot release our need for justice and remain victimized by our need to validate our pain.
Conscious sabotage is an act of revenge and unconscious sabotage can be too. Have you ever wanted to show someone how much they have hurt you by limiting your own potential? Have you ever deliberately sabotaged something just to hurt someone you’re angry at? Chances are you have done at least one of these and it’s normal behavior but it is neither helpful or sustainable in the long term if you ever want to achieve the levels of joy, peace, love, and prosperity that are your 5D soul legacy.
How do you know you’re sabotaging your efforts? Think of something you want to do or have.
How far do you get towards achieving it?
What happens to stop you?
How many times has that happened before?
Sabotage happens every time we get close to an outcome we fear but once we’re aware of it we can stop it, we just need to get that extra dose of courage to push forward, to know we can avoid a negative consequence by setting more powerful intentions and having stronger energy boundaries.
The key question is, are we willing to forego the satisfaction of trying to show someone how much they hurt us by limiting our own reality and potential because that’s the most damaging aspect of sabotage. We want our suffering and pain to be recognized, vindicated, and validated. But that is in conflict with our ascension path and 3D/5D integration.
