If you'd like to change your reality, begin to change your belief.
Gradually, change your thoughts and things you say out loud.
Correct them, and feel the difference of the vibration of them.

Then, find a thought or statement that feels better and then a better one, and then, an even better one.
You can literally think and speak yourself into a new world.
