ENERGY UPDATE 
The Schumann resonance is continuing to fly high and some of you are cracking under the pressure. LITERALLY.
Your body has a lot of interesting ways that it can purge and release toxins and densities and one of those outlets is through your skin. This is causing your skin to become more sensitive and irritated at times and although breakouts and rashes are common, what’s even more common is the dry, itchy skin that comes with this. I promise this will pass, you didn’t “get old” in the past few months.
They’re drawing me to tastebuds and changes to the mouth which will probably create dry mouth and excessive thirst for some.
Your body is being highly charged. You may feel hot and then cold, electrical sensations, fuzzing static feelings (much of this can be spirit contact), you’re experiencing twitches, spasms and jerks through out the body as if you’re deficient in nutrients but I dare you to go get blood work and just prove to yourself that it isn’t a deficiency. The body is humming with new energies and for those of you experiencing heaviness, depression and loss of motivation..... this is a sign that there are emotions, memories and traumas that are ready to release and if you’ve been releasing a lot and feel worse or empty, you’re on the right track. Let the newness integrate with time.
We must be resting snd recharging even if you’re not sleeping fully. Let the system relax and process more especially if your brain has been affected and melatonin production is low. No one said opening your third eye was unicorns and rainbows.
Speaking of rainbows, who else is seeing different colored sparkles especially blue and orange?
