ENERGY UPDATE 
The Schumann resonance is spiking again just in time for the new moon in Aries. Fatigue, sensitivity, sleep disturbances and muscle weakness will be most prevalent.
Many of you are feeling sick or like you have a cold with flu like symptoms setting in and this is part of the process. The immune system is working over time to compensate.
The twitching in the sacral chakra area is so weird feeling if you are experiencing that. You’ll also notice in one ear or the other an odd twitching or fluttering.
Blurry vision continues. This will pass. Your perception is changing and your optic nerve is shifting to receive new frequencies.
Anxiety is strong right now as well as being hypersensitive to light and sound, things can be over stimulating and overwhelming right now. REST BITCH!!!
Your angels, guides, loved ones and star family are there for support and your higher self always has your back. Trust the process and keep your eyes open for all of the special signs and symbols you are being shown and given.
