ENERGY UPDATE 
The twitches are coming on strong. This is energy moving through your system and clearing blockages. Right now they are being felt a lot along the spine, rib cage, legs and feet but the odd twitches and vibrations are back inside of the ear and in the sacral chakra area. It feel like an eye twitch but under the belly button above the groin and in one ear or the other.
Sleep continues to be an issue but you’re either struggling to get to sleep or struggling staying asleep and some of you are sleeping longer and deeper but still waking up exhausted.
Psychic abilities are increased due to the uptick in throat, third eye and crown activations. This is also causing dizziness and strange sensations of swirling and tightness in the throat area.
The dry mouth continues. We must drink more water to support this process. And you’ll also notice the digestive changes still occurring so switch up what you’re consuming and try lighter foods/plant based foods in their natural state. Just add more of these.
Anxiety and depression are apart of this and I know a lot of you are going through dark nights of the soul and lots of fear and uncertainty is coming up for you and this is especially difficult if you are not normally prone to anxiety and depression so please recognize that you are going THROUGH something, like a tunnel and there is ONLY light at the end.
