Dear One, you are now able to hold more and more light within your being.
The capacity for holding more of this light has been expanded within your sleep time and was orchestrated by your Higher Self.
The first step of the process was completed.
Now it is up to you to allow for this light to flow through you.
Allowing for more light to flow through you transforms your reality from a lower vibrational frequency to a higher vibrational frequency.
When you fill your moment to moment reality with a higher vibrational frequency (light), you are moving towards the higher dimensions.
Allowing for more light to flow through you also assists in expanding your capacity for the energy of love.
The energy of love is another important element of the higher dimensions.
Filling your moment to moment reality with the energy of love raises the vibrational frequencies and with it assists you to ascent into the higher dimensions.
We invite you, at the beginning of your day to allow for a beam of White Light, then Violet Light, then Golden Light, then Pink Light, then Blue Light, then Green Light and then Yellow Light to flow through you.
These are The Seven Rays and they will assist you to set the tone of your day at a higher vibration.
Just doing so for a few minutes, every day, will allow for more light to flow through you, increase your capacity for love and with it, transform your life.
