Dear Ground Crew:
Here's the latest message from Apollo: “Greetings. This is Apollo. I meet you today with a golden heart filled with love for our ground crew. We repeatedly send you energies and frequencies for this most important time in the evolution of consciousness for creation. We know the challenges you're experiencing. We understand how confusing it can be with time being so muddled and so quick. This is a sign of the degree to which you are advancing now in consciousness. Your hearts are opening with the fire of creation. You are feeling everything to your deepest core. The light is impacting your physical bodies and your consciousness in the most accelerated way. Some understand parts of what is occurring now, but the human mind cannot fathom the totality of these events that are occurring. It is important for you to understand how challenging it can be and how little one can wrap their minds around it. What is important is just to allow it and to be in it. It's important to breathe and take loving care of oneself. The details of your lives are still problematic due to the old material world that is now disintegrating. You are no longer living in the matrix. You are now in the fifth dimension and higher. Please release that which is problematic to the very best of your abilities. You are rising higher and higher, ground crew. We are with you and we love you. This is almost over.”
It is good to be back with you, ground crew family. I have had some trials and tribulations over the past few weeks and I am finally being able to communicate with you again. For this I am grateful. I am grateful to all of you too, and I pray that you are rising above whatever challenges you have been going through.
It's important for us to continue to tap into our strengths and to realize that we must also take gentle care of ourselves and not expect everything to go as smoothly as it has in the past. The old is falling away and we're stepping to the new. It is a sizable adjustment.
For one thing, I have noticed that when I try to force something to happen, if it doesn’t happen, it means that it is not supposed to happen. If it takes effort to get results, it is from the old 3-D matrix. The new 5D Golden Age energies occur easily and miraculously.
We are also much more empathic than we have been in the past. Some of you are probably feeling much more of what's happening around you than you have ever felt. When I studied with Archangel Gabriel through full body channel, Karen Cook, he used to talk to us about our empathy levels. To explain, when most people feel about 50% to perhaps 100% of what others are feeling, the Lightworkers feel much more. He used to tell us when we would be at 2000% we would be uncomfortable. In discussing this with a ground crew friend, we have a feeling that our empathy level is about 4000%.
One of the reasons we have such high empathy is because we need to know what is going on around us. Our body is like an antenna and the signals we receive affect our guidance, inner GPS system. It feels somewhat like this enhanced empathy has crept up on us and now we must truly pay attention.
These are transformational times. Almost everyone is going through a change into a higher vibration that cycles up again and again until we get to a place of acceptance. Many are feeling anxiety and have challenges sleeping all night. Our physical body is merging with our new light bodies. It requires us to be quiet and go within because we are leaving everything we know. The old is integrating and our nervous systems are taxed.
Some things we can do to offset these experiences can be: grounding, nature, lots of water, gentleness to self, kindness, doing whatever is calming, acceptance, the Oh Ho Pono prayer (Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness), allowing for the transmutation for the cellular structure, calm, meditation and making conscious decisions about where we go and with whom we spend our time.
Our theme is about shifting into the new. This can be challenging for many who do not like change.
