You might think of the flow as being primarily a transportation system, but it is so much more than that. Staying in the flow shifts and adjusts you energetically to allow you to align with your highest outcomes. It supports the energetic meld that must occur between you and your desires before they can manifest into physical form. In some cases the energetic meld can occur quite quickly, in other cases it can take longer for the meld to be completed.
In all cases the progress is made during the time you are willing to be in the flow. When you are in the flow you are saying yes to progress and receiving energetic adjustment. When you are resistant to the flow you are saying no to the shifting that is necessary. When you are in and out of the flow you are making your progress in fits and starts.
Once the meld is complete, the flow then carries you to the intersection point where those perfect matches can be experienced. This is exactly why it is so important to nurture and hone your skill of staying in the flow.
