The purging and the physiological changes and shifts continue. The Schumann resonance is still soaring high so be patient with yourself and know that you may be feeling a little off and almost like you’re catching something or going through a depression spell.
Body aches, stiffness, joint pain is common during these spikes and this will trigger old traumas and old habits, memories, etc to resurface and rise up again to clear, process and heal.
The head pressure is intense and this is causing intense lightheadedness and a feeling of vertigo.
The pain in the side and ribs might be alarming, there are just changes happening to the detoxifying systems in your body due to the purging of energies and toxins from the system at a DNA level.
Many of us are feeling pretty good emotionally and mentally, you’ve come a long way. You are doing your best and your spirit team knows that and you are protected and guided and eternally loved.
