ENERGY UPDATE 
Sleep..... oh sleep. On April 16th, earth was hit with a stream of solar wind sparking 6 hours (so far) of G1-class geomagnetic storms. As you can see the Schumann resonance is still spiking due to this continuous influx of solar winds.
This causes a host of ascension symptoms as our own auric fields are affected by this and these light codes trigger our DNA to release toxins, memories, traumas, etc.
This is contributing to disturbed sleep and increased head pressure and all the stiffness you’re experiencing in your joints and throughout the body.
The fatigue is very strong so if you feel waves of exhaustion and are knocked off whack because of it, take a break, nap, relax, let your body process what’s happening.
Throat activations continue and you’ll notice off swirling energies at the throat chakra area and tightness and scratchiness and you may notice changes to the tone or quality of your voice. This most likely isn’t permanent.
The head pressure is severe and it feels like dull aching all the way to migraine like electrical shocks. The third eye and temple area are most affected.
Spirit is visiting with many of you. On top of body vibrations, muscle twitching and spasms and temperature fluctuations, you will also be feeling a lot more fuzzy, warm, static like sensations on your arms, side, head..... this is spirit getting your attention. Say hello.
