Before we incarnate our soul attends a special meeting on the inner planes. Our guardian angel, who has been with us throughout our soul journey, including our visits to Earth, is always present. So is our overlighting archangel, to whom feedback is passed every seven years about how we are progressing on our journey until we reach the fifth dimension. After that, the archangel monitors us constantly.
Our principal guide and sometimes other guides and masters also attend this important gathering. Usually other angels are there, too, as well as members of the extended family we are about to join, including our future children. We have often seen Orbs of angels bringing souls to have a look at their possible family before they attend the pre-life meeting and make their commitment.
During this pre-life consultation we discuss with all these beings what we want to experience in this life or to offer to others. Some very brave souls step forward to enable others, usually in their soul group, to learn about unconditional love, compassion, patience, faith, grace or other ascension qualities.
For this, we or the other soul may agree to experience disability, mental challenges, accidents, illness or some of the more difficult tests. In our current times an easy life does not offer growth, so a challenging path is more desirable to souls who really want to progress to ascension. We may also want to burn off family, ancestral or country karma, for it is time for us all to step off the wheel of karma.
After our pre-life meeting and before we incarnate, Lady Gaia issues us with an invitation to take a physical body here on Earth. This invitation is given to us directly from her radiant heart with enormous love and the warmest welcome. Its purpose is to enable us to feel that we belong on Earth – and it is placed in our own open heart.
When we truly remember this invitation and the glowing unconditional love with which Lady Gaia has issued it to us, we feel comfortable and at home wherever we are and whoever we are with. We feel we truly belong.
