28/10 17:00 The activity is continuing, the Amplitude in the last few hours has almost always remained above Powers 20 peaking at Power 36 at 20:30 UTC. The Quality, as often happens when there are movements of the Amplitude, is hovering on values slightly higher than calm. The Frequency from 10 UTC this morning continues to remain in the lower quadrant oscillating around 7.60 Hz.
28/10 18:00 Today there were two periods of activity, the first from 4 to 6 UTC which recorded peaks around Power 20, the second from 10 to 15 UTC with movements around Power 40 with a maximum reached of Power 43 at 11:30 UTC . The Frequency was above the base value of the first period of activity and below in the second period, at the time of this update it oscillates just above 7.60 Hz.
28/10 12:00 During the last 12 hours the Frequency has had large oscillations and the two peaks at Power 60 and Power 53 last night marked the beginning of the phase of instability which gave rise to various ever increasing movements of the Amplitude; from 4 to 7 UTC the movements were around Power 20 while a stronger surge began at 10 UTC and led Power 37 at 10:30 and Power 43 at 12:30 UTC. At the time of this update, the frequency fluctuates around 7.60 Hz.
