In every crises there is a hidden blessing.
Instead of getting stressed out, look for the hidden blessing, the benefits and then stack them up, until you have tears of gratitude running down your cheeks.
In times of crises, we need to understand that stress and fears, clog up the creative center and more than this, fears conjure up more illusions, than it brings solutions.
When you worry or stress about something, go and take pen and paper, or use your laptop or whatever you feel comfortable with, and then go and write out the worst case scenario - what you fear most will happen
Now, go deeply within, and now start to look, at how, when this happens, how this will BENEFIT you and all who are involved. Now, don't go and sabotage yourself before you have begun, by denying that there the benefits. If you truly look for benefits you will find them:
For instance, a gentleman once shared with me how, when he saw his business going down, and had to retrench staff etc. he went and did this exercise. When doing so, he realized that he could move his business into an empty building at his parent's place, and in the process will not need to pay the high rent he was paying where his business was currently situated. As he kept stacking up the benefits in all 7 areas of life: financial, social, familial (family), vocational, physical, spiritual,mental, the more benefits he found.
Indeed, when he thought about it, since the crises, he and his wife had grown closer together, and the whole family had stepped in to help, in ways he had never experienced before. He never had had much time for his family before, as he was too busy, and with all of this happening, it was finally understanding the worth of true love and loving support.
Once he had stacked up more benefits than drawbacks, he felt a deep peace. The stress had gone, and he just knew that everything would be all right.
Indeed, long lost dreams and visions and ideas he had put on hold, now came to fore, and with it inspiration and as his executive center, the creative center came online again, as the stress factors were reduced.
When he had done all of this, within a year of doing so, indeed months, his business was thriving and what was more, he was now branching out in other areas and starting to fulfill his long lost dreams and visions, and through lovingly sharing these with others, his life was far more meaningful and fulfilling than ever before.
He said to me, that in finally dissolving all his greatest fears and anxiety by finding the benefits within the worst case scenario, his whole way of living and seeing changed and for the better.
I am sharing this, because so often we just see the bad, the drawbacks and we lament about the closed doors, when other doors are wide open, but we are too stressed out and too blind to see.
It does not matter in which area of life you are being challenged, look for the hidden blessings, and you will find them. It will free you, like nothing else does! And suddenly you will perk up and those long lost dreams you put on hold for so long will emerge, and all you have put on hold, and now is the opportunity, to gift the world with it and to share, with great love! What an opportunity!
When I had my whole life caving in a few years ago, I could not see for seeing. Now I am so grateful that it happened, for a whole new life emerged from it, and I would not be here, sharing with you, if that had not happened! I am so so grateful!
Again, do the inner work, and you will have tears of gratitude, for in truth, you are always being looked after, and you are always being loving guided towards a much more fulfilling and loving and meaningful life, if you would just open yourself to allow yourself to heal and allow your own creative center to start kicking in.
At the time of the greatest depression in 1930's, many people rose into their greatness, because they saw opportunities to serve the greater whole lovingly in ways the rest simply did not see, for they were too blind to see, or even try. Go read up about it.
This is a time when inspired visions can become reality and long lost dreams can sprout into being.
The choice is yours.
