The Million Mask March is sweeping the globe across Wednesday as demonstrators protest against austerity, mass surveillance and oppression. Participants will obscure their faces to protect their identity.

The DC march is being live-streamed by a participant. What was likely a troll told the amateur cameraman that CNN was showing the footage. "Anything you want to say to the mainstream media?" the protester asked his fellow protesters. "F*** you" they replied.

As the protest in London kicks off, Anonymous have promised "bigger banners, louder voices, more people and a louder system".
